BILLING

Deposits

To secure your reservation with Nashlux Limo Transportation, full upfront payment is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel more than 14 days prior to your reservation, a 50% refund will be issued.
If you cancel less than 14 days before your reservation, no refund will be issued.

Please note: All payments are final and cannot be refunded or transferred once the booking is
confirmed.

Reservations and Confirmations

All new reservations and any changes to existing ones must be handled through our office, not directly with the drivers. A confirmation email will be sent to the provided email address, and it is the customer’s responsibility to verify the details for accuracy. The quoted rate at booking is an initial estimate and may change due to additional services such as wait time or parking fees. Applicable taxes and surcharges (including service fees, tolls, fuel charges, mileage, and other fees) will be included in your rate quote. Gratuities, fees, and surcharges based on the base fare, stop time, wait time, drive time, and any holiday surcharges will be added to the final total.
Reservations are billed to the customer’s credit card provided at booking. Once finalized, the price is fixed, and early termination or reduction of rental hours will not alter the cost.

BILLING

A 3.5% credit card processing fee applies to all Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Amex transactions. This fee covers the processing costs associated with credit card payments.

CAR SEATS

Nashlux Limo Transportation will provide a car seat, if available, free of charge. The customeruses it at their own risk and is responsible for its installation and any associated liabilities.

CLEANING

CLEANING FEE A biohazard cleaning fee of $500 per occurrence applies for cleaning and sanitation of any bodily fluids.
• A cleaning fee of $250 applies for detailed cleaning required if passengers trash the vehicle.
• A cleaning fee equal to 8 hours of the vehicle’s applicable rate applies for the ionization process needed to remove any smoke odor.

DRUG, SMOKING AND ALCOHOL

No drugs, and no smoking are permitted in the vehicle.

LOST AND FOUND

Nashlux Limo Transportation is not responsible for any personal items left in the vehicle. If you believe you have left something behind, please contact us immediately.

OVERAGES & WAIT TIMES

WAIT TIME (Airport & Point-to-Point Transfers) For airport arrivals, Nashlux Limo Transportation offers a 30-minute grace period from the updated arrival time. Thereafter, wait time will be charged in ¼ hour increments for each additional 15 minute period. Wait time past 30 minutes will revert the trip to hourly minimum pricing.ADDITIONAL STOPS (Airport & Point-to-Point Transfers) Extra stops, including extra airline stops are charged a minimum $25 per ā€œen-routeā€ stop and include a maximum 15 minute wait period at the stop. Additional wait time is charged at the prevailing hourly rate in quarter hour increments.

NO SHOWS A no show fee equal to the trip cost plus applicable waiting time, tolls, parking, gratuity, and processing fees will be charged when the passenger fails to show at the designated location for which a reservation has been made. If a passenger does not see his/her driver, he/she MUST call our office to locate the driver instead of arranging alternate transportation immediately.

Passenger Behaviour

Pet Fees: A $25 pet fee will be added for each pet NOT in a crate, except for service animals. However, the passenger must disclose at the time of booking that they will have a pet (including service animals). This allows Nashlux Limo to assign a chauffeur who has no health concerns related to pets being transported in the vehicle. For safety reasons, pets must always be on a leash. Customers will be responsible for any damage caused by pets NOT in a crate (including service animals), which exceeds the pet fee.

AIRPORT PICKUPS & TRANSFERS

Airport Pick-Up Instructions: As an airport-authorized transportation provider, we are required to adhere to specific pick-up procedures. Please note that we are unable to pick up clients directly from the arrivals area. We kindly ask that you follow the signs for ā€˜Ground Transportation’ and proceed to the designated limo stand, where your driver will be waiting to assist you.
Nashlux Limo Transportation provides a flat rate for most domestic commercial airport pickups and drop-offs to or from BNA in the immediate Metro Nashville area. The commercial airport transfer rate is based upon a pickup and drop-off without any associated delay or waiting time exceeding THIRTY (30) minutes. Your vehicle is dispatched according to the flight’s estimated
time of arrival as provided to nashlux Limo Transportation by the customer. Nashlux Limo Transportation is able to monitor all commercial flights. In the event that a flight is delayed, or arrives early we will do our best to accommodate the change, but we may not be held responsible if we’re unable to accommodate due to other clients being booked prior to or after the said time. Billing shall revert to the prevailing hourly rate in the event the flight is delayed, or the waiting time is exceeded, beyond the allotted THIRTY (30) minutes. Rates and terms may be different for private FBO’s.

POINT-TO-POINT TRANSFERS

Nashlux limo Transportation may provide point-to-point transfer rates for local pickups and drop offs within the immediate Metro Nashville service area. Wait time beyond the fifteen (15) minute ā€œgraceā€ period as well as for extra stops or indirect routing are charged additional, or charges may revert to the prevailing hourly rate. Transfer rates are a function of time, distance and zone locations.

HOURLY RIDE SERVICES

Nashlux Limo Transportation provides an hourly rate for all other services based on a three 3 hour or more minimum charge. Hourly or ā€œAs Directedā€ services allow for multiple stops and wait time as directed by the client. Vehicles will stay with the client or at their stop locations (as parking availability allows) for the entire rental time. Travel time may be charged on a ā€œgarage to garageā€ basis and will be added to the final total.

Trip Updates

ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.Any cancellation made less than 14 days before the date of service will incur the full charge (100%) to the credit card on file. Cancellations must be sent via email to bookings@nashluxlimo.com 14 days prior to your reservation date. No refunds will be given for cancellations within 14 days of the expected pickup date. This includes reservations made within 14 days or less of the expected service date. A client who refuses service or fails to appear at the designated pick-up location will be charged the full rate of service.

If a trip is canceled by the client or a third party on their behalf after the vehicle has been dispatched, the full rate of service will be charged as expected in accordance with the service to be rendered. Proof of cancellation requires a valid cancellation email from Nashlux limo In the event of a national or global crisis that requires mandatory cancellations, any money paid will be held as a credit for up to 12 months if an immediate reschedule is not possible. The company may, at its discretion, offer a credit towards a limousine, car, or bus for the exact same rental, based on availability. Any cancellations made less than 14 days from the day of service will not be eligible for any credit consideration.
